Overview
Free blowing and award winning Trevor James Alto Flute.
Winner of the UK Music Industry Association 'Best Woodwind & Brass Instrument 2015'.
Voce 958 Silver Headjoint
The headjoint is the most important part of the flute as it’s where the sound originates. So, a nice, shiny new instrument with a sub-standard headjoint will have substandard playability. Certain advanced playing techniques and tonal flavours can only be achieved through the addition of a precious metal to the headjoint of your flute.
This Performer Alto flute features a Voce 958 Headjoint
Voce 958 headjoints are designed by the Trevor James flute team in England. They are constructed using a higher silver content (95.84%), and offer many tonal colour options usually only found on much more expensive flutes!
