This is for TRADE customers with an active Barnes & Mullins account only.

If you are NOT a Trade Customer and have a problem with a musical instrument or product distributed by Barnes & Mullins, please contact the retailer from which it was purchased. They will take care of your needs.

So in order to return a product to us, please fill in the details below. Once submitted, we will be able to check and authorise the return request, then we will send you all the information you need to complete the process.
